Where Westhampton Beach's Saturday Market Spends the Winter

October 29, 2026

Weathered cedar-shingled cottage with two dormers, a bluestone entry, and a deep late-autumn lawn.

The Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce's Saturday market has four mornings left on the Village Green this fall: October 31 and November 7, 14 and 21. After that, the market moves indoors for the rest of the season. On November 28 it reopens in the parish hall at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 40 Main Street, as a holiday market. A winter farmers market follows in the same room and runs every Saturday through April 24, 2027.

Put the Chamber's calendars side by side and the Saturday market runs almost all year. Last season the indoor market ended April 25, 2026, and the outdoor market opened on the Green May 9. That left one Saturday, May 2, with no market on the schedule.

The Saturday Market by Season, 2026 to 2027

Season Saturdays Where Hours What's on the tables
Outdoor farmers market Through November 21, 2026 Village Green 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine Farm stands, seafood, baked goods, prepared foods
Holiday Market November 28 to December 26, 2026 St. Mark's parish hall, 40 Main Street 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Handmade goods, clothing, jewelry, specialty foods, baked items, winter farmers market
Winter farmers market January through April 24, 2027 St. Mark's parish hall 2027 hours not yet posted; last winter's were 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Food vendors plus weekly guest vendors

The Chamber's upcoming market schedule lists every Saturday from October 24 through December 26, 2026, as one unbroken run. That list doesn't say where each Saturday is held. The dated event pages show that the run starts on the Green and ends at St. Mark's, with the switch between November 21 and November 28.

November 21 Is the Last Morning on the Green

The Chamber's November 21 listing puts that day's market on the Village Green from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine. This is the market Dan's Papers has named "Best of the Best" more than once. The Chamber's own page shows a Platinum award for Best South Fork Farmers Market.

The Chamber's main farmers market page still says "Saturdays through November 22nd." That line is carried over from an earlier year, since November 22 falls on a Sunday in 2026. The year-specific listing is the one to go by, and it ends the outdoor season on the 21st.

Once the stalls are gone, the Green has a new job a week later.

November 28 Starts at St. Mark's and Ends on the Green

The Saturday after Thanksgiving is the one day this season when the market and the village's holiday kickoff fall on the same date, two blocks apart in time if not in distance:

  • 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.: The Chamber's Holiday Market opens at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 40 Main Street. The Chamber calls it the start of the holiday season under the banner "Shop Small, Shop Local."
  • 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.: The Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting Celebration takes place on the Village Green. Santa arrives in a Westhampton Beach Fire Department parade of lights, with hot chocolate from Hampton Coffee Company and cookies from the Chamber.

An older, undated Chamber page lists the lighting ceremony at 5 to 6 p.m. The 2026 event listing gives 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and that is the schedule for this year.

The holiday market's five Saturdays, November 28 through December 26, are the only stretch of the year when the market sells clothing and jewelry alongside food. The Chamber's listing names handmade goods, clothing, jewelry, specialty foods and baked items, with the winter farmers market running inside the same room. Last year followed the same pattern. The 2025 holiday market opened November 29 and ran every Saturday through December 27, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

How the Market Came to St. Mark's

The indoor season began as a partnership. In a December story, 27east reported that the Chamber and St. Mark's had teamed up on the Chamber's first indoor Winter Market, held every Saturday in the church's parish hall. Pastor Chris Jubinski and warden Diane Stewart told the paper that the parish hall was built to welcome the community in.

According to Dan's Papers' history of St. Mark's, the new Parish Hall was dedicated in 2004, after a building campaign led by Rev. Christopher David. The same article says Rev. Christopher Jubinski became rector in 2021.

The opening-season coverage shows that the winter market grew out of the summer one. 27east described vendors from as far away as Buffalo and as close as the East End Food Institute in Southampton, selling fresh local seafood, natural jams, dog treats and just-baked bread. Former Town Councilwoman Julie Lofstad was there with her daughter Olivia, selling tuna, fluke and scallops for Catch of The Hamptons, the family business that sails out of Shinnecock. "It's such a beautiful setting," she told 27east. Katie Jeran, selling local fruit spreads, was one of several vendors who also had a table at the Chamber's summer market on the Village Green. Those were the first season's vendors. The more useful guide to this winter is last season's list.

What a January Saturday Looked Like Last Season

The Chamber's winter market page lists the indoor season that ran January 3 through April 25, 2026, at St. Mark's Church Parish Hall. A Chamber-posted Patch listing for January 10, 2026 shows the same list and gives hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Last winter's regular vendors included:

  • Dairy: Mecox Bay Dairy, Kalypaso Dairy Farm
  • Bread and pastry: Newlight Breadworks, Southfork Bakery, Jessy's Empanadas & Pastries, Milla's Puffs
  • Grown nearby: South Shore Mushrooms, Maryhaven Hydroponics, Sweet Woodland Farms
  • Wine and coffee: Mattebella Vineyards, Tend Coffee
  • Pantry and prepared foods: Hamptons Preserves, Hormans Pickles, Papa Pasquale Ravioli Co., Olivoleo, Terra Nut, Healthy Snax, Aki's Kitchen
  • Other: BHUM Tallow Skin Care

The Chamber also promised additional guest vendors each week.

Compare that list with the Chamber's 2025 vendor roster and most of the winter vendors turn out to be regulars from the Green. Mecox Bay Dairy, Newlight Breadworks, Southfork Bakery, South Shore Mushrooms, Tend Coffee, Hamptons Preserves, Papa Pasquale Ravioli, Olivoleo, Terra Nut and Aki's Kitchen all appear on the 2025 list. The outdoor season has more names, including Sang Lee Farms, Seatuck Fish Co., Sujecki Farms and Nurseries, Wesnofske Farms/Island End Farms, Blue Duck Bakery, Chowderhead Soup and Westhampton Beach Brewing Co. Winter has a shorter list, but many of the same vendors.

The Chamber hasn't posted its vendor list for the winter of 2026 to 2027, so last season's list is a guide, not a promise. Vendors interested in a table can apply through the Chamber at [email protected].

Getting In From Main Street or Potunk Lane

Moving indoors also changes how you get in. You enter the parish hall through the church entrances on Main Street or on Potunk Lane, and parking is in the church's main lot off Main Street, according to the Chamber's winter market page. It's a short walk up Main Street from the Village Green, where the market was set up a week earlier and where the tree lighting happens that evening.

Hours change too. The Green runs 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The holiday market runs an hour longer, to 2 p.m., through December 26. Last winter, the January-to-April market went back to closing at 1 p.m. Until the Chamber posts 2027 hours, plan to arrive before 1 p.m. to be safe.

If you keep a home in the village through the winter, the market is one Saturday routine that doesn't stop. At Stoebe & Co., our concierge team handles the small things that make an off-season weekend easy, from having the house ready before you arrive to knowing which door at St. Mark's is closest to the lot. Get on the VIP list, and we'll send you the winter market's 2027 vendor list and hours as soon as the Chamber posts them.
